What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It works well in general. Individuals still have sound and sharing issues. Not sure why. I am not having those issues. I like the blur feature since working from home. We liked some of the chat room features better in HPE MyRoom, but we are getting used to Teams for that purpose.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The meeting features with recording and blur.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chatroom feature is hard to follow at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool from a user standpoint. I am not able to comment on implementation or cost. Our company is still implementing new features as needed to fill needs.
