What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It's a lot more intuitive than other services, and despite the pricing, it delivers what it promises. Better than running around after an emailing service that will hurt your company's rep because of a mistake in submission.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely the reliability it offers, the emails always seem to go through ok.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of plans for smaller businesses.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will deliver a reliable, high quality email campaign for an above-average pricing.

I think there are very low cost options and it is an easy interface for small businesses or small budgets

I think the templates are great.

I think it needs more advanced reporting options.

I would say it works well if you are a small business or small budgets and is a great tool and option for email marketing. I used it and loved it and then my needs changed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-With Mailchimp, I can easily run an email marketing campaign which helps me save time. Also, It offers the lowest subscription plan which is a great thing for me. Awesome!

What do you dislike most about this product?

-I haven't encountered any challenging problems yet, therefore it's a great tool for me!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

-Highly recommend using it for email marketing which helps to set a campaign easily within less time.
