What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp makes its difference by being a platform with a rapid creation and management of advertising campaigns, I consider that the creation, editing and delivery of all types of advertising campaigns is faster than other platforms. Since we started creating campaigns on this platform, we have completed them in a very short time, since it is enough to insert and modify the information with a few clicks and it can immediately be sent to the contacts. I thank MailChimp for having this quick campaign creation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What attracts me the most about this platform is that it has a wide variety of templates, ready to be inserted in any advertising campaign that is being carried out. I consider that these templates give a great touch of creativity to my campaigns and allow us to place a more optimized design, a design that adds more organization to the information that is inserted and to the images placed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My negative review goes directly to the forwarding service to "Outlook" emails. Sending advertising campaigns is totally good to other recipients who use another email manager, but when the campaigns are sent to "outlook" emails, these emails take a long time for the person to receive them, taking up to more than 2 hours in which the mail can be received.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Marketing, because this platform will greatly optimize the productivity of the advertising campaigns area and will ensure that the client obtains more detailed campaigns with more relevant information about the services of the same. In addition, MailChimp is a very easy-to-use platform, so creating, editing and managing campaigns will be completely simple.

This tool allows me to streamline the work process, being able to easily send emails in bulk without requiring any prior effort. Mailchimp is the platform for email marketing that has come closest to commercial contacts and has been able to establish a more direct and faster contact with customers in an efficient way.

Mailchimp has a practical platform which does not require an experience in design practice, since the platform provides a space with tools where you can easily exploit your creativity with the content study assistant. Over time Mailchimp has allowed more customization options to create and edit templates that integrate perfectly with the company. I like being able to manage an email list allowing me to manage, import and load emails more easily and also to be able to group them according to the type of client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I accept that I have had a good user experience, however the editor can be somewhat clumsy since sometimes the loading time is slow, making this the work process to optimize the creation of emails for marketing a bit slow, especially if an immediate preview is required. The only good thing is that creating templates allows you to streamline this process, however creating a new one will tend to be a rather slow process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It has very good instructions for use, I recommend trying the free version first and doing some tests, however, the whole experience cannot be done for free, nor can you carry out proper email marketing. Mailchimp also adapts to small businesses allowing continued growth without the need to turn to large companies to manage their marketing. Over time Mailchimp has allowed more customization options to create and edit templates that integrate perfectly with the company. MailChimp differs greatly from other platforms because its way of creating all kinds of advertising campaigns is much simpler and has a process much more adapted to the needs of each user. I believe that MailChimp offers a truly unique campaign creation system, and this helps any new user without previous experience, to have a perfect management of advertising campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things that most positively caught my attention about MailChimp is the ability it offers me to create all kinds of advertising campaigns from my cell phone. Currently, this application is fully optimized, in this application I can make all kinds of modifications to my campaigns, I can create new campaigns and I can also monitor the progress of each advertising campaign in real time. This app is fantastic and it has certainly simplified my work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that MailChimp has delays in sending ad campaigns to business emails. Currently, MailChimp offers fast sending and receiving by customers who have public emails, such as Gmail or Yahoo, however, I have received some complaints about some customers who have business emails that take a little longer to reach each one of the campaigns that I send them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Despite the slowness of sending campaigns to a work email, I consider that MailChimp is still a perfect option for any company that wants to have a simpler and updated administration of their advertising campaigns. With MailChimp you can create advertising campaigns in just a few minutes and you can also have instant contact with each of your customers. MailChimp is the perfect solution for Email Marketing, you just have to fix the delay problem when sending campaigns to business emails, so that it becomes a perfect platform.
