What differentiates Laiye Chatbot from other similar products?
What basically makes Mindsay software unique is the fact that it allows us automate large volumes of our clients requests and suggestions and optimize use of human resources. It is also fast to use hence not time consuming.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their teams are always there to help anytime you are in need. I love the fact that it is quick to use, implement and set up too..One of the most important thing also Mindsay has helped work miracle in since now we are able to quickly get back to every clients who contacts us and settling any issues withing a blink of an eye.The platform has also helped us receive feedback from our clients and we are able to respond quickly This has created a good relationship and bond with our customers and al thanks to the softwar.

I don't really dislike anything about Mindsay software.

The platform is perfectly scalable and reliable. Any request is managed quickly and the situation is handled exquisitely.Having now used it for a while i can highly recommend any organizations, companies or businesses either small or large and are thirsty to make their clients happy and always reach out to the quickly this is the best platform or software you can use since it is also fast to use and affordable.
