What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?

So many functionalities and customization.. But you have to be on a senior level in order to use it properly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their pricing model.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No friendly UI. Not easy to be used. You have to spent many hours to provide nice services using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is not an easy going tool. You have to place your senior engineers during the pre-employment phase! But.. It is a really powerful tool to use!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The potential it could have

What do you dislike most about this product?

The admin UI is confusing and it is too hard to create a sensor with the monitor you desire. I believe that with a much more user friendly UI, kaseya would be much better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test is thoroughly before you buy it, create all sensors that you are going to need in the future beforehand.
