VSA agent, which checks in at regular intervals to check if the server is alive.

Lag,slowness.

Cost was big. A lot of the other vendors in this space cost a lot more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. The cloud option is *chef's kiss*

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our account rep was constantly changing and it was a headache. Wasted a lot of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They are great for what they do. The competition was a lot more expensive.
