AI powered call analytics would be the most outstanding feature i've seen so far of using this tool.

i haven't come across a feature which can I can say is bad, good experience so far.

it does the same for less. Super friendly and knowledgeable support team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works, all the time. Zero issues with this product working.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They innovate faster than their ability to document new features. Every once in a while I would call support on something and they would be like 'oh thats new one moment. Then they would get someone that would explain it on that same call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
