What differentiates Invoca from other similar products?

It has a simple to use interface and has been around longer than most.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the transcribed calls, so I can search them for specific keywords.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration was complicated with a client I was working with and we could never figure out why the system wasn't accurately tracking all calls. We suspect it was on the client's end but they knew nothing about the issue, so it would have been supportive if there was a way to at least pinpoint the cause of the problem on the client's side. Without proof, the client just claimed it wasn't their fault and didn't look into it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do the free trial and calculate your ROI before making a committment. Try all the features too.
