For me, the best and most valuable thing about Huddle is how simple it is to use. Drag & Drop uploading is very smooth, and it even displays a progress bar. It's also very simple to share documents. Also, security was the most important feature of the platform that it gave to us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Overall it's a great document management tool. Before using it we were wasting a huge amount of time managing the security of files. We needed separate tools for security and managing documents. Huddle was the ideal solution for our team's file and document sharing needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its learning curve can be a little tedious to handle, but it does not take long to figure out how to use its functions in the best way possible so that it is easy to access for the entire team. It can also be a little slow to respond, but this will only happen a few times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're also facing difficulties in managing documents and wasting time in the management of documents manually stop wasting time. Confidently use this tool because it is the most simple, valuable, and secured file management solution. In addition to this their cloud-based feature provides you the facility to access files from everywhere.

It has shortened the time it takes to collaborate and develop documents. We frequently use this to share documents between offices. It has a feature where we can assign various tasks to individuals and they will be notified of their assignment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Previously, we were wasting valuable time managing documents that distracted us from our main business goal, but when we used it, we received a great ROI in terms of relaxation, task organization, and storing them in a fully secure location, which motivated us to move toward our business growth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have noticed some flaws in it such as slow for our geographical location, no ability to customize notifications, extremely poor customer service, inadequate training, and upgrades that do not take into account heavily relied-on features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All of its features are so valuable for every type of organization. I recommend it to you but the question is why the only reason is that it is needed by every organization to store important documents. It works extremely well with Microsoft Office. It's simple to invite people into your workspace, whether they're part of your organization or not, and whether they've ever been in Huddle before.

Huddle enables me to easily connect with my teammates. Aside from that, it allows me to access all of the documents and also set permissions, so I can control whether or not a specific person can view or edit the document which also provides us security.

Fantastic document management solution! It greatly simplified our communication and eliminated the need for endless back-and-forth emails. And the fact that it works without requiring any downloading or installation means that we can involve people from outside the project. Moreover, it is the easiest platform to use and learn, and anyone in our organization can learn it quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've noticed that some documents often take longer to share with project contributors; however, these eventually load. Another aspect that could be improved in Huddle is the interface, which has responded well to each of our modifications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest it to you because it has been beneficial to our office, allowing for greater collaboration, organization, and keeping track of tasks that must be completed. It has been an excellent tool for storing information so that it is easily accessible and shared among our team members.
