I like the security features. Managing documents is easy I like that it's cloud based It's affordable and scalable

We can get more done in less time and spend less money using Huddle since it eliminates all unmanageable and unneeded obstacles we usually face with any DMS. And unlike others, it keeps our sensitive data safe by implementing a combination of administrative, technological, and physical security measures.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Huddle helps us to operate securely and safely on any platform, at any time, by archiving, sharing files, and interacting with people inside and outside our firm to share ideas. Its real-time activity stream is also one of my favorite features that keep us informed about what's going on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are unable to simply copy and paste the subfolders to our drives when we open the folder. We must do so twice. Without a doubt, there is a steep learning curve that necessitates a significant amount of time and attention, and first modifications lose a significant amount of time owing to excessive complexity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Huddle is almost ideal for any complex and sensitive environment that requires information sharing and maintenance, multi-agency project coordination, and collaboration with private-sector partners. If your requirements revolve around these aspects, Huddle will be able to accommodate you. Huddle is the finest way to reduce danger and boost security.

What differentiates Ideagen Huddle from other similar products?

Working from anywhere, at any time, with anybody, on any device is my favorite feature and just because of this I prefer Huddle over others apart from that it is a fully managed and cloud-based project and file management application available. I also like its sophisticated dashboard that keeps us updated about the newest papers and actions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Huddle, nothing is difficult or impossible; multiple client extranets, secure collaboration workspaces, research knowledge bases, and brand asset storage can all be created effortlessly and fast. It brings all of our team members together to work on the most critical work in a safe setting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The one fault I've found is that when we need to export things from Huddle to our PC, they're saved as a zip file, which irritates me the most, and in terms of document management in the browser, it is bound to the fundamentals only.

I believe they made the finest decision if they decided to deploy Huddle. Huddle is the only solution that can provide businesses with their ideal working environment.
