The fact that there are too many restrictions on the report conditions that we had to establish is what I personally dislike the most. And the availability of HubSpot's customer service is worth mentioning as not all the time there is available HubSpot support.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

I find that it has "more" than some of the other solutions out there. It is not the cheapest on the market, but to me it is the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how my emails auto-magically are recorded in the customer contact profile so every engagement is available to me in a neat, clean and chronological timeline

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it doesn't support many Apple features and there is no indication of them doing so.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you looking for a stable, all-rounder for managing your customer relationships - Hubspot is the way to go.
