What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
We were looking for a software that would provide services that cover the administrative needs of human resources, and we found it in ADP workforce, something that we did not have with the previously used software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This wonderful software integrates all the needs that we have in the company, regarding the characteristics in the area of human resources, compliance with rules imposed by the company, talents, workforce, payroll, benefits, time management, schedules, vacations, days off due to illness, holidays, among others, facilitating changes and being very helpful for our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing negative to add so far.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With availability 24 hours a day, from any location, either outside or inside the country. The changes and editions of information and employee data will be updated immediately, being everything in the same place, offering ease when searching for information.

it is easier to use than other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The finest part, in my opinion, is that the ADP is open to everyone. Having all aspects of employee management, including onboarding, payroll, taxes, benefits, and time and attendance, on the same platform or with the possibility to do so, is very convenient. I've worked for organizations with similar platforms, but they weren't as well-oiled as this one. Human resources may be a chaotic area due to the fact that it is always evolving.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The improvements that ADP makes are the only drawback. The most recent releases have failed to meet expectations, resulting in ADP functionalities that don't operate properly or even at all. On a Monday morning, it's a bit difficult to handle payroll because of the weekend boost. However, when everything is running well, it's a wonderful experience!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the platform for you if you want to handle benefits, payroll, onboarding, and so on all in one place!

What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
Allows employees to self-enroll for courses and managers can custom build or upload training content. Includes more than 40 pre-packaged compliance and development courses. Enables mobile time collection with employee scheduling and offers overtime and absence analytics and reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
By providing access to pay, benefits and time information, it makes employees self-dependent. Employees have the option of viewing worl schedules and downloading pay statements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No features of ADP Workforce Now that disappoints. It has helped streamline the entire recruiting and hiring process and the only con that I can mention here is there is no on-premise installation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend ADP Workforce Now because of the system's ease of use, it offers all the needed features at a reasonable price compared to other systems, and also because of the professionalism of the ADP staff.
