When dealing with a large number of contacts, it is much more efficient to use the group selection feature rather than manually entering email addresses into a recipient field. Fast and efficient. It is advisable to check the template one last time before submitting it because the UX is not always particularly intuitive and errors do occur. This may seem insignificant, but it was really annoying. I contacted support and they informed me that this is an issue with the developers.
