What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Act-on is a great option for companies doing marketing work for multiple divisions or lines of business. The platform allows for easy organization and collaboration amongst different entities without having to remember multiple passwords.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
IT support that answers the phone. The support team at Act-on deserves a high five. They are always available to walk through any issues in a kind and patient manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Emails have a tendency to act funny in Outlook, but I don't necessarily think this is an Act-On issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A+ option and a great tool for a small team of marketers.
