What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
It has undoubtedly helped us to advance in our office tasks, both in the marketing and customer service departments, with many functions that have been quite useful to get more companies to join our portfolio and be able to close sales and increase revenue.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have been able to take advantage of all the features and tools of this software, one of the most beneficial is that we can customize our interface, making it more suited to our tastes and needs. The integration with mail, telephone and social networks, makes communication with the customer is not lost.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have had to be aware of the emails and interactions of our customers in the various channels, as they are not synchronized in real time or have not been doing so in recent days. The part of customizing the interface was cumbersome, but it was worth it, as we managed to have at hand only the functions we needed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best CRM I have been able to use, with no complaints about it and with a wide range of tools and functions, all very useful to make the work of marketing and customer service much easier and more efficient, thus maintaining good communications with our customers and suppliers.

Very easy and affordable CRM in the market

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
Best project management found within a CRM system with great features of marketing automation and integration with other third-party vendors. Its just full of features and very easy to use as compared to any other CRM
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's very user friendly, it took us one training (One day) to learn how to use Zoho, even the non-technical people in our customer services team got a very good grip of the CRM in days. Other than that the lead scoring system of Zoho is relatively easier to implement and it's very useful for the qualifications of the leads.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't found any flaws within the CRM, I could suggest improvements within the reporting (Dashboards)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the best and most affordable CRM systems which is essential for every business and is very easy to use. Would not require a specialist to use it as anyone can learn all the capabilities of the CRM.

What differentiates Zoho CRM from other similar products?
It's all there, tasks generation, reminders, email, templates... everything to keep the team connected.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Automation is the best feature. Let the software do the email touches. Reminders set for team members to call. All easy and productive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only hurdle for me was deciding when a lead converts to a client. Once I got past my own blocks, it all made sense.
