What differentiates XaitCPQ from other similar products?

Xait CPQ is a cloud based technology, it has a very robust business rules engine, a great integration capability, portal, and world class document generation. It is an agile CPQ that is ready for enterprise deployment. I have worked with competitor products that make these claims, but XaitCPQ is the only product I have worked with in the market so far that meets my expectations based on promises made about the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the usability out of the box for sales people. It is a simple solution, and after a short training, I believe any sales person could use the tool. I also really like the user management, and document generation modules.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The initial learning curve for the business rules engine can be a bit steep. This is being remedied by the XaitCPQ product road map, and not something I would be at all concerned about as a buyer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

XaitCPQ and the team that support it are experts in the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) market. They are solid business and technical architects who will guide you through every step of your implementation process. I would recommend having a specific set of business problems pre-defined, and allowing the team at Xait to assist in building a great business solution.

configurability, approval process

What do you dislike most about this product?

not very intuitive for users. They need training and a step-by-step aid, otherwise they will not know how to use it. There are no warnings or paths to follow build into the application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

find out ways to make it easier to use, more intuitive, with warnings and directions for users. Having a step-by-step 100 page guide is not ideal for users
