What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG is surely one of the "major players" in the HRIS world. Ultimately, this is nothing so vastly differentiating it from its peers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I thought the self-service Employee onboarding portal was well done and we used it very successfully.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This product was just too cumbersome. Layers upon layers of functionality stacked upon each other but with very little intuituve ease of use. There were also many situations where we were simply told by their team "we can't do that". Too many situations where we wanted to see data a certain way or have a certain Employee profile setting and the answer was ultimately "No".
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would tread lightly and proceed with caution. UKG is extremely robust - to its detriment.

The product included many different pieces that other programs don't. The amount of programs they also work with helps many different companies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reporting and ease of use.

I can't think of anything.

Meet with UKG and go over options if you are looking for a complete program for HRIS, payroll, benefits, onboarding, and more.

What I love most about UKG Pro is how versatile and user friendly it is. It is amazing to manage different HR functions in one place. UKG Pro is like a super helper for businesses since it ensures that everyone feels happy and valued at work. This tool helps businesses grow and succeed by focusing on what employees truly need creating a fun environment for people to collaborate and shine brightly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The main issue I have with UKG Pro is its reliability. Customer support can be a bit slow, and It will be a very good enhancement if they would improve in this area because the problem is that sometimes it can be frustrating when you need help quickly and don’t get it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want an all-in-one HR and payroll solution then UKG Pro is a great choice. Its focus on enhancing the employee experience makes it stand out. Just make sure to assess your specific requirements and conduct some research first to see if it aligns with your objectives.
