What differentiates Talkdesk CX Cloud from other similar products?

It delivers as promised, in a short time we were able to attach to its operation, we were able to focus on the needs of our customers thanks to its call routing, and our favorite tool which is voicemail, will always have the necessary information to provide quality service.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an amazing application, with tools to integrate it with other applications such as Salesforce and Shopify. Talkdesk CX Cloud has been used for a long time in our team to do call support, we have reduced spending time and money on other phones since using it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We can only use it on the web, we don't have a mobile or desktop app to make it a little easier for us to use and also add a customization tool for the ringtone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talkdesk CX Cloud does not have a free trial, to purchase it you must be very sure what your requirements are and if it meets your standards. After clarifying this Talkdesk CX Cloud is an amazing recommendation that will help you with your call center.

its ease of use and admin functions and building are easy to manage

I can log in on any device, and the single pane of glass with the new workspaces is awesome!

What do you dislike most about this product?

their digital platform has a lot of growth potential, but it has some gaps at the moment

go for it! You will love the experience, and if you are migrating over from another CCaaS platform, it is very easy! No headache!

What differentiates Talkdesk CX Cloud from other similar products?

I have not used many other similar products to Talkdesk CX, but one thing stands out is its simplicity so that training new people will be very easy and not time consuming at all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect of the product is after a call is completed, you can leave notes on the application and it saves to the call history so that you can keep track of everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike the most about this product is that there is a slight delay when talking on the phone and it causes people to talk over each other due to the delay. Wish there was a way to resolve this as it has been an issue brought up some time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It does what it is supposed to do and that is being a phone system that works as it should.
