What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?

Sage Customer Relation Management is a very important tool in our businesses today for its empowering factors , first, the great cloud features its so amazing because accessibility becomes so easy since you are able to access it from any place , also creates a possibility to track customer relation which improves the service delivery whereby the organization has the capability to follow up all that the customers are demanding and creates a room for improvement all through the organization, another factor making it so preferable is the ease to integrate teams and also helps to manage customer data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature of team integration improves the decision making which allows proper running of the organization. Also improves customer relation which allows us as the organization to deliver desirable services to our customers. Time is well managed within the organization because time marketing is reduced. As an organization, it has really helped us in our finance planings. It is also convenient, easy, and simple to have access to all leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Out of the many benefits that we have realized on this tool we comfortably have no dislike about Sage CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From our great experience with Sage CRM in our organization, I highly recommend other business community to consider this tool for their desire to have a good business environment and also provide desirable customer demands, a great tool in lead management, and a great tracking tool on customer data service delivery and scheduling and highly adds value in the organization.

What differentiates Sage CRM from other similar products?

The main difference between Sage CRM and other CRM platforms is that this platform offers the ability to plan, organize and manage the information obtained in sales and in the customer experience, in order to have sales retention and generate greater customer satisfaction. customers in general, while other CRM platforms only focus on direct communication from customers. Sage CRM offers direct communication with all clients, but it also allows us to study the interests of each one of them and create plans and objectives in order to improve the impact of our services on clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this platform is that I can integrate it with social networks such as Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn, this has helped me to have a broader control of customer requests and to be able to maintain better service to each of them. In addition, another of the things that I like about Sage CRM is that it provides me with reliable and direct information that is collected automatically, about customers, this allows me to know more about the interests of the contacts that I have as sales, in addition, I lets you know what kind of information interests them the most.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had any complaints about this product. I think I have had a very good experience with Sage CRM. In our company it is very important to be able to get to know each of the clients to be able to provide them with a good sales system with which they feel comfortable, that is why we use this platform, because it has allowed us to generate better sales and be able to better understand the interests that each of our clients have. I hope to continue having this satisfaction using Sage CRM.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason why I would recommend this platform is because it has an automated process for the maintenance of the Sales Funnel record, this means that there is no need to do manual maintenance and to be aware of the data related to sales. In addition, I recommend it because it is a very easy-to-use platform, you can quickly collect valuable information about the contacts and learn more about them, their interests and what type of data makes a specific sale be achieved.
