What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Previously we could not customize the stages of our sales funnels as much, but with Pipedrive we have achieved a much broader approach in this area. Pipedrive helps us to know which people or activities of the team are most essential to meet work quotas.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The collection of information about the sales funnels that we manage is more efficient, since there is now much more detailed information about them, such as the segmentation of the stages and analyses that should be optimized so that the work is totally travel .
What do you dislike most about this product?
No problems have been found within Pipedrive. The software works fine, but as a suggestion we would like to improve the quality of the menus a little bit, because even though they do their job, they are too simple and make the navigation a little bit simplistic or lack direct tool views.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend that when using Pipedrive the focus is more on customizing each sales funnel and exploiting its potential than on getting customers directly, because the platform was designed for the former, and has more features for that than for the sales and conversion area.
