What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

With the integrated system that Pipedrive has, we have acquired greater capacity to manage sales and analyze increases in revenue. Its ease of use allows anyone to make use of it. It keeps us organized and gives us confidence and keeps us focused to close deals and documents with other clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive has a guide that tells every business owner the process of how to consolidate a successful sale. It keeps us close to our suppliers and target customers creating a close relationship and promotes customer loyalty. By creating links with email it keeps us updated on all changes and also facilitates communication between users and different departments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pipedrive has an option to be able to see the best job offers at work, but when it has been applied to varas the system tends to make a momentary collapse and delay the loading of the page for that reason does not allow us to be more effective to some extent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is recommended to make your platform more user friendly as to be able to perform certain actions you must have special training and that is not feasible for most workers. The configuration should also be improved and accept linking several email services to a single account.

Pipedrive the most effective way to increase sales

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

I have a small company that due to the pandemic began to lower its sales, so I needed this software to be able to organize the sales objectives of the business and that all my employees and collaborators are aligned on the same goal.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the advantages of this software is that once you enter the customer or the target in the system, it reminds you to follow up. Another great advantage is that you can see the process of your negotiations, being able to make sales projections. It is a very intuitive software despite having so many functions and tools, it is not complicated to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had synchronization problems with email, so the program sometimes does not notify us that customers have communicated. And it would be great if their mobile app had the same functions and tools as their web version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a software that has changed the way we sell in our company, it is much easier to close contracts and track customers and their requirements, so we recommend it 100%.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

With Pipedrive we have improved a lot in terms of organization with potential clients. With both clients and employees we have a phenomenal organization, registering every task from the moment they come in until they leave. Thanks to the ease of use of Pipedrive the automations have been greatly improved and the workflow is getting better and better. One of the main features is the report pipeline view, as well as the chatbot and web form available in almost every dashboard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the great advantages of Pipedrive is the customer support, it is excellent and very fast, we had a problem doing one of the initial configurations and they took less than 2 hours to solve the problem. We have all reports, projects and files in one central location, which makes everything much more organized. It is very easy to mark and take notes, so we can detail each failure and not make mistakes with each client.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have a big problem with the unlinking of emails that Pipedrive provides us with, we have a third party email manager perfectly synchronized but every so often we have to configure them again as they are deleted. The visual part is not very good either, when synchronizing any mail nothing is in order and sometimes you have to guess where each tool is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, Pipedrive is a very well done product and attractive to any company, the performance we have thanks to Pipedrive is impressive because it organizes everything quickly and we do not have to be very aware if everything is automated. Pipedrive does not present an overload as CRM software because it adapts to any department in which it is required to be configured.
