What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
The support and service is like none other! I like how much guidance and support I have gotten from our CSM, Brent. He is an integral part of our success and understands our business goals and objectives. We continue each year to use Pendo more deeply thanks to his help and partnership.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to subscribe to helpful reports that automatically get delivered to my inbox on Monday.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the guide designing feels hard to navigate. Auto-save would be awesome and helpful, as I've logged out by accident and lost my work. In addition, being able to launch a guide based on something time-based is necessary for us to be most successful with our NPS guide in particular. I want to launch after the customer has been in the product for 30 minutes total to get a fuller experience. I have not been able to find the right resolution here.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have a team represented across all departments to help with implementation, understanding and ongoing usage. There is a learning period for sure but having a strong passionate team really helps!

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
The historical data, unlike most systems with Pendo if you forget to track a feature click, 6 months from now you can setup the feature click without losing any usage data. Also the power of the metadata and being able to pull and push data in and out to get as granular as we need in regards to segmenting our accounts and users.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Truly understanding user behavior and how it correlates to the success of our customers and our product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Just some knit picky UI/UX complaints

A robust tool that helps product, customer success, and marketing make data informed decisions!
