Love Paylocity's Onboarding feature the most!

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Their onboarding feature is one of the best I have used. It is easy to create and add items for new hires that need to be completed. Other users can view the status of the employee in onboarding unlike other systems. They also had e-signature available before other vendors as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The onboarding feature is one of the best I have used.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting could be more intuitive and easier to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for managing employee data, payroll, and onboarding. If you are looking for the best in class reporting this is not the product for your agency.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

no matter who I talk to in customer service can help me. Never steered me wrong

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

everything, Favorite aspect was it is not my prior payroll.

What do you dislike most about this product?

push over time and labor over to payroll some times causes a disconnect and employees are not certain the numbers are correct.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

pull the plug and get it.
