What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

As a user of Paylocity, I realize it is terribly useful to stay track of a multitude of hr functions. I notably like having one place where we, as employees, will track our hours, track and request PTO, read announcements from HR, verify additional data on benefits packages, read pay stubs and tax forms, and more!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I prefer best regarding Paylocity is its use of it. I ne’er thought I’d find a solution that has so many uses. It’s an excellent application and web-based solution. It’s hard to understand where to start out because it has so many uses. The most used is for payroll purposes. The mobile app is simple to use, I use it on a daily basis to put down and out, check my punches, and see how many hours I’ve worked this week and in the past. I additionally love being able to see my paycheck details each historical and current. It also permits me to induce my W2’ quicker since I can transfer them as soon as they’re generated by the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The performance review module is clunky and not easy for staff. My biggest criticism is that there are needed multifactor authentication all day, every day. Even after I click “trust this device” on my desktop computer in a locked office. My unsecured laptop doesn’t create me do it every time. And nobody at Paylocity can tell me why or how to modify that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re like me and perpetually multitasking, the ability to chat with a representative online versus calling the HelpLine is extremely helpful. Recruiting and Onboarding are additionally very efficient and user-friendly.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

The system is straightforward to use/navigate and client support has forever been terribly helpful! We use Paylocity for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, HRIS, benefits, cobra administration and flex benefits. I favour the very fact that I can call in to get live support straightaway and have not had to attend over sixty seconds. I like the community feature and that I am trying to use all the Paylocity modules.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The payroll method is fast and easy. Once I have a question, someone invariably answers the phone and helps me right away. My reports are prepared inside minutes of submitting my payroll for processing. The community tool is a nice communication tool to use for company announcements. Client service with Paylocity is excellent. They’re without delay available, and if, for a few reason, they aren’t, the reaction time is quick.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike so many individuals performing one task as much as setting up a new company. I’d wish to work with one implementation specialist only. I conjointly some of the coverage could be better, however, I’m overall very pleased with Paylocity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paylocity is far and away one of the most effective HR/Payroll systems that I have ever used. I don’t believe anyone who chooses Paylocity as a provider is dissatisfied.

What differentiates Paylocity from other similar products?

Paylocity is simple to use and that is what is great about it. Other similar products make things very complicated to use and are just not clear enough.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Paylocity is that it is simple to use! It is not designed to be over complicated and their pay stubs are very easy to read as well which is a huge plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not dislike anything about Paylocity. It works as intended and does a great job at everything it does.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend you to choose Paylocity over its competitors since it in my opinion over-delivers on everything it offers
