What I love most about Paycom is the ease of use it offers. In addition, the platform offers very practical tools and functionalities, such as a payroll generator, reports and tools for time management. These tools can help employers to simplify and automate their human resource management processes very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Paycom is the fact that it charges a high credit card processing fee and there are not many options to reduce this fee. Also, payment processing is slow compared to other payment systems.
