Great product for enhancing employee experience

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
Paycom, ulike other HRIS, has built all of their products from withing. This means that employee information can effortlessly move throughout the system and data integrity remains high.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Because all of the modules are connected within the system, reporting has been a great feature allowing us to pull multiple points of data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Paycom's performance management is one product that has not seen as many updates as the other produces regularly see. In my opinion, it is difficult to setup and implement into a large organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With the new addition of Paycom's Beti (automated payroll), employees can now approve the information on their own checks before they are actually processed. This can help drastically reduce errors and wasted time delivering accurate pay to the orginization.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?
>All in one data base - simplifying our processes and improving data integrity. >BETI - revolutionized the way we process payroll, allows employees to play an active role in verifying the accuracy of their pay, knowing ahead of time what their paycheck will be and helps to reduce errors. >Implementation was a breeze - our team was knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, helpful, professional and friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BETI - it has condensed the time needed for payroll processing, verification and submission. Also helps dramatically catch errors prior to posting payroll. ESS - We love how Paycom allows employees to own their own data - as no one knows it better then they do. Implementation - was the easiest implementation I've ever experienced. Product itself - Paycom is innovative, always looking for ways to improve, and they stay on top of new laws/regulations and needs for payroll and HR professionals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The implementation team has been incredibly, the only issue we have found is that those folks could be accessible for a bit longer after you go live. We have found a need to have them available during the fist two months, as some things don't come up until you are actively working in the system - so it would be helpful to have them available a bit longer. Outside of that, ensuring you are assigned to a long term specialist who has more tenure with Paycom.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
First of all, no payroll/HCM product is perfect, but Paycom has come as close to it in my experience. I have worked with 8+ HR/PR softwares in my career, and Paycom is definitely THE SYSTEM that I compare all others too. They have set the bar high, in my opinion. Their implementation process, ongoing support and training, and growth in the industry speaks volumes. Their product is all one database, increases accuracy and ease of use, has a mobile app that allows easy access to both employees and managers.
