Despite its user-friendly design, the high degree of customization and the wealth of features available on monday.com mean that there can be a significant learning curve for new users. Teams might require time to fully understand how to best leverage the platform for their specific needs.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?

With Monday.com, you can have both customer relationship tools and social media management in one dashboard, which makes work more efficient and easier to perform. The support team is also willing to help any time we face challenges.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the social media integration because it makes it easy for me to manage social media platforms from one dashboard and to communicate with leads more easily, that I easily turn into customers. Also, the tool has analytic reporting, which makes it easy for me to create a shareable report that I can share with other marketing team to find how we can market our products and from which channel

What do you dislike most about this product?

When data grows much more, the software becomes too slow to load, especially when connected to a poor internet connection, something they should look into and apply a fix to. Also, the UI needs a lot of improvement since more modules are stacked together, which makes navigation more difficult than it would.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a professional CRM tool worthy a trial, trusted by more business and comes with premier support from the support team through live chat and emails, so you do not worry about any technical issue.
