Subitems are difficult to utilize; it would be ideal if each job could have various columns in the subitem categories. It seems that occasionally you add too much information in the columns. I dislike that the formulae in the columns are so simple; I believe they should have the ability to make them more sophisticated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before joining the team, the key user who will be deploying the program should be fully educated. You could also question your staff whether they have trouble keeping track of what duties they need to do and when to seek assistance since they don't know when others are busy.
