I think the webhook management could be improved to better manage all the different webhooks you can create on a board. Better naming and clarification over what the webhook is and what it is doing and what URL it is connected to.

I would strongly recommend testing out the product and how it can handle your projects and then look to integrate it with other products or services as it handles cross-data really well.

Sometimes it can be challenging to comprehend or create in the area of automation. For addition, there are times when I want something to happen but unable to locate the right phrasing in the system, or when I do discover what I believe to be the right wording, but it still does not work as intended.

It's convenient to be able to make checklists or to-do lists inside of comments or threads and for others to mark them as accomplished. It resembles a social media app for business, only better. Using some capabilities for the first time can be challenging to comprehend. The version we're using doesn't permit giving boards more access. We would have to upgrade for something that should be included with everything.
