The fact that one needs to set up all the structure of project management including building the boards, the automations, the rules, etc. It is very much a blank canvas where people need to know what they want to build in order to use it, otherwise its funtionalities can be easely wasted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a brilliant tool for team collaboration and project management but it is not a CRM as it lacks lead management functioanlity, sales management and marketing automations. It has the ability to connect with other platforms that do this but for most businesses this can get really messy.

The weekly routine we establish on Mondays keeps us focused and on track. Projects' progress and outstanding tasks are both easily visible. By facilitating automated emails and interfaces with programs like Jira, it also helps save time.
