What do you dislike most about this product?

The product's potential can be overwhelming, and the account manager's tour of the facility was extensive. Sometimes too big, too many team communications, and perhaps better-starting training. Using some capabilities for the first time can be challenging to comprehend. The version we're using doesn't permit giving boards more access. We would have to upgrade for something that should be included with everything.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Limiting Board Access: Monday.com recently implemented limited access to select boards, but I would love if this option expanded to allow team members to merely watch a board rather than modify it. This may be available for a higher membership, but we don't have it yet.
