What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
The quality of project management templates provided by Monday.com is the most important difference between this software and similar products. Asides this , Monday.com is one of the few project management software I have used so far in my career, that can be effectively used by different departments within an organization,because of its ability to be customized to fit the unique needs and expectations of different departments .
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com's board view functionality appeals to me a lot. It helps to break down my task board , allowing me to display project task items by month, day and week. I find this project viewing option to be organized and visually appealing. I am also given the option to view my projects calendars within a single task board or multiple boards.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my few years using Monday.com at my current company, I have discovered that new hires who have never used an advanced project management software, struggle to get an hang of Monday.com early on. This is perhaps due to the array of bells and whistles ( features ) available on the software. Our way to make it more easy for new hires to pickup on using Monday.com effectively has been to make extensive use of the vast learning resources made available by Monday.com for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will recommend Monday.com to teams and organizations of different sizes.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com has its strengths and is highly advisable for technology projects based on agile methodologies. It has templates that facilitate initial parameterization and has a modular structure that allows scalability in use and implementation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an environment that is aimed at strengthening collaborative work and offers visibility to team members, who can update progress and maintain project execution with reliable information for senior management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don't have any complaints about the product. I could only comment that during the purchasing process, we had to select the licensing in multiples of 5, that is, 5,10,15 licenses and so on, is what can be selected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using Monday.com during the free trial period can be an option to ensure that the tool can generate value to your process and then make the decision to purchase the licenses based on your needs.
