What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It kept people's salaries in their pockets and even allowed many to be hired throughout a pandemic via web interviews and it's such a great way to conduct meetings and communicate back and forth with work colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allowed people to communicate still and work collectively and essentially continue doing their jobs even though they were working remotely.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe that in a short period this application has made incredible advancements and in the long run is heading in the right direction I have no dislikes about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps your company projects run more efficiently and provides a convenient platform for team communication.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It combines video, collaboration and business VoIP features in a single app. It's mostly persistent, threaded chats that you can then search later, so you can keep track of everything without having to use email, which everyone agrees is not an ideal tool for collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It also offers screen sharing and call recording.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not allow the entry of people from outside the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Communication resources, Integration with productivity applications and services.
