What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
It combines video, collaboration and business VoIP features in a single app. It's mostly persistent, threaded chats that you can then search later, so you can keep track of everything without having to use email, which everyone agrees is not an ideal tool for collaboration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It also offers screen sharing and call recording.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not allow the entry of people from outside the organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Communication resources, Integration with productivity applications and services.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?
We are using Microsoft Teams since pandemic times till now. It is proved as our life and time savior during the situation. It is an excellent tool for team collaboration, file sharing, chat, etc. We are using it on our daily team meetings, presentations, and collaboration. etc. It is highly reliable and secured messaging solution developed by the Microsoft. It has excellent audio and video features that enables you to interact with your teammates and office meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
1) One of the best feature is the user interface. It is very easy to work on it without any additional training required. 2) Integration capabilities with other 3rd party applications. 3) Inbuilt meeting notes provides you the flexibility to note down any important discussions. 4) Integration with Outlook makes it stand out with any other messaging applicaitons.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1) Sometimes it hangs during the meetings. 2) Limitations on the number of emoji's and stickers. 3) Notifications shall be improved. 4) Requires high internet bandwidth to run smoothly. 5) Call quality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can go with it without a second thought. MS Teams is highly powerful and reliable messaging solution you can rely on.
