What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is very easy to use. Have mobile application too. We can schedule the meetings in MS teams

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The calling feature is very good and MS teams show the current status of all MS teams user

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes lot of RAM to run the application

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very good but it will be good if reduce the RAM usage

The call feature and the integration with other Microsoft products is very good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use, integration with third party apps like Jira, Pagerduty, etc is taken care very well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the connection should be very good in order to connect call. The screen write feature should be there while explaining thing in calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A good product from Microsoft. You can definitely give it a try.
