What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams stands out from other similar software products in its user friendly design and all in one shop features. Our team uses the document sharing and video tools very easily. It helps keep team members organized and on the same page. It is also a very secure site in regards to network security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The video conferencing is very high quality and efficient to use. Our has had a very positive experience using it for various meeting purposes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how sometimes accessing different folders from my coworkers can be confusing in the multiple organizational folder options. We also use Dropbox so combining these can be a little tricky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend sticking to updating documents in Dropbox or just in Teams. Saving documents in both sites can be confusing.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The fact that it has almost everything inside the application - the calendar, the files, teams, sharing, conferencing and what not. You dont even need to open the other microsoft apps that you may be using frequently. Handle everything from one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seemless integration with all microsoft apps. I save time by not switching between multiple apps that Im using

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot have multiple office teams accounts in the client/customer model on a single desktop app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're using Office 365, you will absolutely love this product. Its come a long long way from its version of Skype.
