What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I like how easy it is to integrate Microsoft Teams with my Google calendar. The chat feature is fun. I adore that a desktop application is offered. The programme includes a capability for notifications. You can select the dark mode option.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Teams make work easier and save time. It is easy to use and welcoming to new users. Mobile data usage is not excessive. When working remotely, whether stationary, at work, or on the road, we cherish the convenience of meeting with everyone in different time zones. Appointments can be scheduled and synchronised with Outlook's calendar. Screen sharing can improve collaboration and allow for the exchange of documents so that individuals can examine them in real time while debating a subject.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because the Teams calendar feature is technically dependent on Microsoft Exchange or Outlook's calendar, we have issues with our users who do not utilise Microsoft Exchange. The ability for Teams to use or access their calendar would be fantastic. My phone occasionally locks me out, and using the authentication code to get back in is difficult. The authenticator app must still be downloaded in order for me to obtain the code and log back in. It is annoying. Getting the authentication code through text message is preferable.
