Our company over the years has been looking for communication tools as we present products and services based on consulting, which has led us to try different tools of this style, in which we prefer to stay with Microsoft Teams, has a lot of beneficial features to communicate between our agents and also maintain constant communication with our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is like having virtual offices where all our employees maintain communication and transmit their ideas constantly, increasing the productivity and quality of our work and keeping our clients up to date with all the advances in their projects. It is possible to add new people to the projects and give them certain access to modify files, which increases the possibility of providing new ideas and constantly improving.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we have had some connectivity problems where there are many people in a group, the audio usually fails which is annoying and makes us lose a little time, reducing the quality of the meeting and making the experience feel improvable in many ways, however, there is little to say about the errors of the tool because in general it behaves excellently and provides great results.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Any type of company that needs audio and video services for constant communication between them can access the use of this platform, with a great set of features that make the conference experience much more usable, with a price quite adequate for its operation and a great customer service, Microsoft Teams is a fairly adaptable software that is responsible for increasing the quality of our services.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is impressive when a team can confidently communicate. Finally, Outlook for Business email accounts is compatible with the video messaging feature. Because you may maintain sections of the meeting on your desktop without interfering with other duties and because it will notify you when you get messages, a session can be quickly arranged. Teams will handle most of the work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We cannot install the corporate remote access program on these personal computers, but we can use Microsoft Teams as a remote access alternative to Team View. This is a massive help for third-party employees with IT-related issues. It is an entirely integrated system that runs in a Microsoft-based environment. Most users find it simple to implement, and there is little administration overhead.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since it's challenging to paste a small number of cells from Excel into Teams, we constantly encounter issues and are forced to give screenshots or attach complete sheets when necessary. Another "feature" that consumes time is "Action," which shows a rundown of all activity occurring across all tabs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We value the capacity to keep a remote team cohesive and conduct meeting with participants in various time zones, whether at home, at work, or on the road. The calendar of Outlook may be easily synced with sessions and scheduled. We can exchange documents so people can see them in real-time as we discuss a topic and screen share to improve collaboration.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams bring everything together in one spot, setting up a fully functional workspace for you and your team to work on projects relatively straightforwardly. If you are used to the Skype environment, managing your contacts, talking and calling, hosting and attending meetings, all from the same platform, is somewhat recognizable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft Teams is used for internal chat and video conferencing sessions. Teams can also share their screens and use a whiteboard. Users can use the IT Support Chat function to contact us directly if they experience issues with our website. With this technology, we can swiftly control the user's screen to fix technical problems while delivering high-definition video.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The formatting is lost and frequently makes no sense without it when copying or pasting an Excel grid into an IM, which is the most basic requirement for integration. However, there are Word and Excel plug-ins that make it possible for teams to produce word and excel documents. Similar to when pasting from Word, formatting is typically kept, but you cannot fast go back to the standard layout.

It is an easy-to-use application for conversations, document sharing, and project team communication. Access to necessary locations and communication channels can be freely given to team members, which helps to maintain information that needs to be known in those places. It is easy to use whenever and wherever you want because it is mobile, and cross-platform compatible, and communication is straightforward.
