What do you dislike most about this product?

when some one reacts your massage. Notification looks like a massage is unread which bothers me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really love the video conferring and file sharing.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

To document the meeting, check agreements, and use it as a clarifying element in case of any doubt with our clients or suppliers, it is beneficial to record the sessions and be able to watch them afterward. We eventually switched to TEAMS, even though the business used another application to host online meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature of Microsoft Teams is how easy it is to access meetings. You can join my discussions using a desktop, mobile, or web client. For sessions without a need for video, we can begin an audio conference to consume less bandwidth. When sending files over individual or group chat, especially when they are too large to transmit via email, we usually use MS Teams. Over conversation, MS Teams provides file sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only the meeting's organizer or recorder can distribute the video to attendees who weren't there. The team may need to be asked for permission before content can be distributed. Even if you manage Office 365, you still need to complete this. The MT goes slowly. Conversations with the staff are challenging, and the emails arrive slowly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is possible to build channels for each team, project, etc. Within the track, you can upload files, take notes during meetings, tag users in postings, and more. It's an excellent tool for collaboration. We appreciate that multiple users may edit the same document and see the changes as they happen. If you have issues, the crew is ready to assist you.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is a reasonably stable tool, though occasionally, people who use it in the browser rather than as a native application may find it constrained. When the company first chose it as a corporate tool, there was a learning curve. However, with time, we have become much more accustomed to the device, and now we see it as necessary for everyday use for our work team, which is spread across different continents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works well with computer hardware, has good availability for meeting records, and is simple to recover in the event of an internet outage. It's also crucial to note that the tool has undergone ongoing evolution and renovation. Over the past two years, it has fixed issues, enhanced features, added more tools, and tightened integration with other technologies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Storage space in the channels is restricted. The system's failure to pinpoint the issue's root causes and offer solutions is another major cause for concern. Microsoft Teams is a fantastic tool when you work where Microsoft products are the only ones used. Additionally, file transmission through Microsoft systems proceeds quite slowly. A laptop's GIF option is troublesome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The integrated design of the platform is a beautiful way to lay the groundwork for interaction, expand it globally, and increase the access Microsoft provides to its other tools from within the Teams platform. It is the best platform for business meetings, screen sharing, and professional conversations. It has been fun to use it for work on the professional floor.
