What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

It does everything that the others want to do, and it does it well... the integration between scheduling clients and techs to reporting is great

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

being able to schedule techs on the fly based on their current location

the set up process was a bit chaotic

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

Jobber is a fundamental and necessary tool in our company, since most of the work is done at home, where we present the budget to the client and once the service is contracted and executed, the invoicing and cancellation of the service is also done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The alerts and notifications to the cell phone, are of great help to maintain order and priorities when performing the work at home. Invoicing on the same site allows us to charge for the work immediately after performing it, which is much more profitable for our business and the technical service is very good, they always respond to our concerns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it has a free trial, it is quite expensive software, but for my company it has been worth the price, as it simplifies our work. To import and export customer information becomes quite tedious and practically impossible to do automatically, most of the time it must be done manually.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although this is a software that can be expensive for some companies, I highly recommend it to all businesses with home services, as it will help them to present themselves in a more formal and businesslike manner with their customers, in addition to solving a lot of collection problems on site.

What differentiates Jobber from other similar products?

My favorite part about using Jobber is the level of service it offers and its direct functional integration with Microsoft Teams, which is super easy because I can connect to any other software without the need for separate integration tools. It also offers a long list of powerful features, great for any service business. Also when it comes to tracking, it is the best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jobber is an extremely indispensable tool for me. It has helped me a lot in programming routes. Accessing jobs has never been so fast and easy. The function of "reminders" by email is of the utmost importance for our company and other clients because it is an efficient and permanent point of contact.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jobber does not offer integration with Microsoft 365.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jobber is an extremely flexible tool, it helps us to schedule our recurring work, it is easy to use and it gives us the ability to view the jobs and records of the client.
