The email. They recently improved the interface though so it's much better!

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

We made the change after 7 years of working directly in Salesforce. Salesforce has a lot of depth and customization capabilities but that was not what we needed. We need a great CRM that can put us on a path to successful lead and client management. Due to a billing snafu, we were able to turn Hubspot around in about a weeks time (not what I would recommend by the way) but we made it happen. The team was great with being able to set us up on the path to success with training, help, and resources. We've moved into Hubspot for the majority of our sales and marketing needs cutting costs and other softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the depth of features. I don't have to bounce around 3-4 pieces of software anymore. Hubspot is an amazing 1 stop shop for me. I have email, documents, quotes, etc all available at my fingertips. The best part it's all tracked! When it comes to integration they have some great ones. Vidyard is a recent fav!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much I dislike as the way our salesforce was set up was rather clunky and cumbersome to use. If I can be critical some more flexibility on certain reports and dashboard views would be nice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product that you should put your eyes on if you're in the market for a CRM. They do not disappoint. Also, if you're using other software check for integrations or zaps as a lot of things exist to coincide.
