What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

Its easy of customization, other platforms can be more restrictive when it comes to designing funnels, but this also creates data chaos very easily, Its important to have strong governance

How easy is it to go above the sessions allocated to the contract

be aware of expected traffic (for session management) and implement strong Data governance
