Guru has been very useful in the past for finding quick information. Whether it's internal product knowledge or processes, or any other crucial tribal information, it's great as a reference. Easy and intuitive to use, good for decentralization and shared responsibility.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My least favorite thing, there hasn't been much I've found with Guru that's bad. The only thing that has caused some issues is that the add-on causes Chrome to crash from time to time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I used Guru to document processes for allusion of other employees. By outlining the steps, it is docile to do things on your own, which saves time instead of always scheduling a meeting just to provide instructions on how to do things; you can easily and thoughtfully select a guru or freelancer that he or she thinks is the right match for a required project.
