What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Ten notes they provide for each of the calls are very detailed. I can share snippets to the team members and other customers. When I need to send the call recording to the customers, I prefer Gong recording over zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Talk track, AI-powered insights, the ability to customize and analyze calls.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The talk ratio they highlight in each call is not the most relevant parameter to judge for every call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Improvements could be made to the audio transcription feature so that pulls up words more accurately.

I honestly do not have any dislikes in regards to this product. Every aspect that I've used with this program has been perfect!

They've just clearly invested more into the product judging by UX, breadth of features and other capabilities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

being able to go back to calls and use those notes to better serve customers

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ai doesn't always transcribe well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a sales team and they are running deals that take multiple calls. It's 100% worth it. besides the coaching you also can focus in on calls and not worry about taking proper notes
