What differentiates Gong from other similar products?

Gong is perfect for my work style because it is both user-friendly and mobile-friendly. If you need sales coaching or meeting intelligence, Gong is a great resource. It would be fantastic if it could be programmed to identify specific tasks during calls and then highlight the rep's performance for those tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to communications with customers, the call summaries, important points, and subsequent procedures and follow-ups have completely altered the game. Outstanding, even, are the beta features! Learning it was a breeze, and now I use it every single day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can only think of one small issue—sometimes it takes a little bit after the call concludes before you can view the summary or transcript. However, it's really not a huge concern.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Gong does more than just record our conversations with customers—it also gives us a summary of the call that helps us see the big picture and outlines any outstanding actions—inside the Gong app and in an email after the call ends. This is great because we can easily review past calls.
