What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

The easy implementation of the product empower the company in the IT transformation. Having the systems monitored and under control give us a confidence in the process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The board and the visibility is easy to understand for every one also the less technical people can read and understand the boards

What do you dislike most about this product?

Configure alerts is confusing at the beginning. Also the colors are not the more relaxed but All the information presented is perfect

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is a lot of monitoring systems in the market all are the same the difference is the support. Dynadata have an excellent support

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

The finish of the solution is very well done & straightforward. I really like their support approach as well where you can get feedback rapidly. also, the single-agent install and simplicity of that make it a top choice for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Installing this solution is very very simple one agent allows for a first install. It then automatically monitors my systems and sends alerts via email to me when there are issues. I am using this daily now from a website report.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike how I only just discovered this solution! It has given me a lot of aid me immediately. Maybe some way to install a local agent to connect everything locally instead of only web options would be a good addition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This helps to try to identify slow performance and helps in capturing exactly the causes behind it allowing a continuous good service
