What differentiates Dialogflow from other similar products?

Dialogflow has quite some amazing features. Following are the list of features that differentiates Dialogflow: Multilingual support: engage with your global user/customer base with support for over 30+ languages Analytics: gain insights into agent performance and customer engagements Prebuilt agents: accelerate time to production with a library of agents prepared for common use cases Supplemental questions: handle deviations in conversations, then gracefully return to the main flow Visual flow builder: quickly see, understand, edit, and share work with interactive flow visualizations

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That Dialogflow supports Omnichannel integration. which means build once, deploy across your contact center and digital channels. WIth this the virtual agent has to be built once for all the use cases and can be replciated as is for all channels together

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some inputs aren't properly recorded, and agent education occasionally doesn't begin when modifications are being saved for agents. The lack of an interface for managing the conversational logics is the element of Dialogflow ES that I like the least. Even though most of the integrations are supported there are still certain key platforms like Whatsapp, Teams, etc that are not available directly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Should definitely try moving ahead with Dialogflow. Dialogflow is really good at understanding the user with Google’s AI. But the hard part of Dialogflow is creating chatbot flows, making a personalized conversation and storing user information. The list price for Dialogdlow is available on the Google cloud website and I would recommend going through the same to get an idea of the charges
