What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

I have not used other products of this nature but being able to view everything in one place is convenient

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to organize and get my expenses back in one place without having to constantly keep in contact with our accounting team

What do you dislike most about this product?

How long the process takes to upload and submit the expenses

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When uploading receipts with similar amounts the program will give you a warning that you are uploading the same thing multiple times. Just ignore that, it is something that needs to be fixed in the app

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

SAP concur is a primary portal in our organization to track for the various expenses. it has many unique feature which make SAP concur different from other software of similar category. The Image Receipt recognization feature using AI is just best, we uplaod the expense receipt and it automatically reads all the information by iteslf.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Best part of SAP Concur was their Mobile App support and Allowing users to mark the expense in multiple currencies. Organizations can easily customize the approval workflow which runs behind the scene and make it according to the need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only dislike i have is they are still using the OLD Fashioned User interface like pop-up and alert kind of old stuff. we have modern user interface across the applications and we can definitely have modern look and feel for SAP Concur as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend SAP concur for Expnse management, it is secure and support Single sign features as well.
