Intuitiveness and easy of implementation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project financials and time reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

Detailed project tracking, though there are other tools available but would be good to have one stop shop

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Can be a single source of truth for all project actuals and billings. In addition, individual contributors or consultants will find it easy to use.

What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?

Ease of integration and use. I have not come upon a problem that PSA could not help solve for our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product is great itself but I really have to give the CSM's and AE kudos for the great support they provide.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to dislike but if i had to gripe, some organizations dont work exactly for the way PSA was built so calculating utilization can be cumbersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a leap and purchase the service, you will not regret it.

I have not used any other products - I am new to this field, but I really enjoy FF PSA

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use. It saves a lot of time. Also, a lot of documentation on how to do certain tasks. Very helpful!

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much I do not like about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would absolutely go for it! Very much worth it.
