What differentiates Certinia Professional Services Cloud from other similar products?

Allows us to keep out functionality to one area rather that spending time and money to integrate less compatible profucts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That is stretches functionality to all users in our company regardless of their status in the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In house error resolution can be troublesome as click link errors are often too vague to decipher.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Probably your best solution as a financial force user given the inherent compatibility out of the box
